Termination of Contract
- Notice Period: Either party, VA Wing.com or the client, can terminate the contract by providing a 15-day written notice to the other party.
- Extended Notice Period: If you would like VA Wing.com to provide a longer notice period for the termination of the contract, we can accommodate such requests. However, the client must also agree to provide a notice period of equal duration.
Refund Conditions
- Inadequate Performance: If your assigned employee’s performance has been wholly inadequate, we will offer you a complete refund.
- Satisfactory Performance: If the employee has worked to a satisfactory level but does not meet your expectations, we will charge on a pro-rata basis for the days he/she worked. We will refund any outstanding amount to you.
- Replacement Option: If you are dissatisfied with the employee, we can replace them and use any outstanding money as credit towards the next employee.
Communication of Dissatisfaction
- Timely Notification: It is crucial that any dissatisfaction with the employee’s performance is communicated to us at the earliest possible time, preferably within the first week of employment. If we do not receive any communication of dissatisfaction after a reasonable period, VA Wing.com cannot question the ability of the employee or implement the measures stated above.
